1. Physical Return Requirement
Due to high international shipping costs, full refunds are only available upon the physical return of items; refund without return is not supported.
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 calendar days after receipt of your goods to arrange item return; applications submitted after the deadline will not be accepted.
2. Eligible Conditions for Full Refund & Return
Full refunds will be processed after you return the product in the following scenarios:
- The received product differs materially from product description or listing photos;
- Goods arrive damaged or with manufacturing defects;
- Item is lost in transit and never delivered.
3. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refund requests will be declined under these situations:
- Buyer changes mind arbitrarily after the order has been dispatched;
- Custom-made or personalized customized orders;
- Refund application is submitted over 7 days after delivery completion.
4. Refund Application Process
To apply for return and full refund, send an email to mengxing1869@outlook.com including your order number and detailed reason for application. Our customer service will reply within 24 hours with return address and follow-up instructions.
5. Shipping Loss Arrangement
If the parcel is confirmed lost during international transit, you may choose either a full refund or complimentary re-delivery of the item. Kindly wait for up to 15 business days for international delivery before filing a missing parcel report.
